5. Masimo Sells Consumer Audio Business to HARMAN for US$350 Million
Masimo Corp. has agreed to sell its Sound United consumer audio division to HARMAN International for $350 million in cash. The sale, expected to close by the end of 2025, is part of Masimo’s broader strategy to focus on its core professional healthcare business. HARMAN International is a wholly owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.
